01. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Services
By accessing or using Dohrnyx websites, apps, digital products, or engaging us to develop a product for your company, you agree to these Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. If you agree on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
02. Permitted Use & Acceptable Behavior
You agree to use our digital products and services only for lawful purposes, under applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree that you will not:
- Distribute malware, phishing campaigns, deceptive links, or malicious scripts.
- Collect protected health information (PHI) or unencrypted payment card data without appropriate compliance configurations.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe infrastructure vulnerabilities, or execute denial-of-service attacks against Dohrnyx servers.
- Scrape or harvest data from other users without explicit authorization.
03. Intellectual Property Rights & Custom Code Ownership
Our company property: Dohrnyx, our brand, designs, and the source code of our public products belong to Dohrnyx. You receive a revocable, non-exclusive right to use those public services.
Products we develop for a client: When a client engages Dohrnyx to develop a website, mobile app, or other digital product, the custom code and logic developed for that client become the client’s property once the agreed milestone payments are complete.
04. Data Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through registration or contact forms (name, business email, organization details) is processed exclusively to deliver our services, communicate project updates, and provide technical support.
For custom platforms: we implement strict technical safeguards—including modern TLS encryption, database access isolation, and regular automated backups—to protect data integrity. You retain full rights to your business records at all times.
05. Service Availability, SLAs & Warranties
While we aim for 99.9% uptime and use redundant cloud hosting, our public products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Clients with a written support agreement receive the availability, maintenance windows, and incident response set out in that agreement.
06. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dohrnyx and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, unauthorized access to servers, or any issues arising outside our direct control.
07. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms to reflect changes in our software, legal requirements, or new features. When material modifications occur, we will post an update notice on this page. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of revised terms.
